Position: Project Management Analyst (Job Code: 1006) Duties: Responsible for providing support and management for all phases of project from initiation to close; responsible for overseeing project execution and delivery using formal project management tools and internal PMO methodologies for procurement and logistics projects; apply project management standards and processes across various projects within the organization; develop detailed and integrated project plans for projects and programs with well-defined critical plans, resource utilization and fully linked interdependencies; utilize Primavera (P6), MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, SharePoint and knowledge of PMBOK / PMP to perform assigned duties; perform Time-Cost trade off analysis of Critical Path to determine optimum project duration and least project total costs; assist solution leads in conducting VOC/VOB to gather requirements and identify business plan to determine project scopes; map As-Is and To-Be processes to identify, analyze and eliminate gaps in existing project management processes; provide support in developing Cost Tracking Mechanisms, Glide Path, Performance Metrics, KPI’s and Deployment Scorecards; gather weekly project activity updates to track and analyze impacts of weekly update on overall project timelines and key deliverables; perform Actual, Baseline and Change analysis to identify tasks that are behind schedule and take appropriate actions for avoiding further delays to key milestones; proactively identify project risks and issues that can negatively impact project schedule, costs, quality and resources, and recommend solutions to minimize the same; communicate project status and progress to solutions lead and stakeholders; conduct change impact analysis for all change requests; utilize knowledge of Global Supply Network Division Transformation Framework (GSND TF) internal methodology for project management; and evaluate, improve, standardize and document current processes and tools. Location: Streetsboro, Ohio and multiple undetermined worksites throughout the US; Salary: $60,091 per year Minimum Qualifications:
* Education -Masters – Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, Civil Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree)
