Job located in Streetsboro, OH and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Design, configure and customize CRM/eCRM applications. Review, evaluate and test client/server and Web Applications. Gather and evaluate user requirements and procedures. Perform fine tuning of applications and backend procedures. Required skills: Siebel, Clear Case, Clear Quest, Toad, Loadrunner, XML, EAI, EIM, Javascript, eScript, Workflow Manager, Oracle, OS/400, AS/400, Assignment Manager, Web Services, EBC, JMS and VBC. Travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to interact with clients and train end users for various short and long term assignments. Must have BS in CS or Engg (any) and 5 years of exp. in the job offered or as a CSP.
